So, this is really crazy - I'm in a cookbook!
I've been so excited to share this beautiful project - earlier this year I had the opportunity to submit a selection of recipes to the new whole foods cookbook WHOLE-Recipes for Simple Wholefood Eating. WHOLE has been created by the incredibly talented photographer and graphic designer Bronwyn Kan, and features ten different female health bloggers and entrepreneurs from New Zealand including Olivia Scott from The Raw Kitchen, Hannah Horton and Eleanor Ozich from Monday's Wholefoods, Buffy Gill from Be Good Organics, Sophie Carew from Carew Kitchen, Monique Satherley from Snack Pack, Kelly Gibney from Bonnie Delicious, Abbylee Childs and Twyla Eloise from Healthy Self, Hannah Horton from Health Yeah, Jordan Rondel from The Caker and myself!
Each of us have contributed a selection of recipes, which celebrate the use of good wholesome ingredients that nourish both the body and mind - think raw chocolate, stuffed garlic and feta portobello mushrooms and almond and vanilla bean oatmeal. We've also shared a little on our own personal health and wellness journey, and have been photographed in our homes and spaces preparing each dish, so the book is beautifully intimate and personal.
WHOLE will be in-store soon, but for now is available for pre-order through Beatnik. It's pretty mind-blowing to look back on all of the incredible opportunities that have come out of blogging. Whatever you love in life and are passionate about, follow it! Our passions are our strengths and when we begin to explore them the opportunities are truly endless.
I've attached some preview shots from WHOLE below.
